Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer while balancing cash.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Take outbound calls for customer onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners to meet goals.
• Provide service to customers and resolve issues on banking matters.
