Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor 1 for the Findlay Downtown banking center. This 100% in-office role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling deposits, and promoting bank products.

You will open new accounts, manage transactions, and refer customers to internal partners to grow retail relationships. The position emphasizes outbound outreach for onboarding and prospecting, with daily interaction across customers and team members to achieve service and sales

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and processing account transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash accurately within security procedures.
• Promote bank products and services and refer customers to internal partners as needed.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting Retail customers, and promoting products.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to meet center goals.
