Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to foster a positive banking environment, identify sales opportunities, and handle account transactions. You will act as a liaison between customers and internal partners, promoting products and services while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

You will initiate outbound onboarding calls, prospect new Retail customers, and support community outreach as part of growth within the Kentucky market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to initiate outbound calls and promote bank products.

Responsibilities

• Opens new deposit accounts and handles cash drawer with balance procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Promotes bank products and services and makes qualified referrals to partners.
• Conducts outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new customers.
• Maintains security and audit procedures and supports daily operations.
