Qualifications

• Banking experience and regulatory knowledge.
• High school diploma is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook and banking software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transactions and product referrals.
• Open new deposit accounts and balance cash drawer.
• Promote bank products and refer to internal partners.
• Outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting of new Retail customers.
• Maintain security controls and comply with bank policies.
• Participate in regular staff meetings.
