Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to operate in a 100% in-office setting at a Bowie Banking Center. The CSR handles transactions, promotes banking products, and delivers excellent customer service.

You will identify referral opportunities and support the sales and service goals of the Banking Center. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and typically 1 year of cash handling, sales, or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally processes customer transactions and supports banking center operations.
• Maintains security and accuracy in cash handling and balancing procedures.
• Answers inquiries and assists customers, referring complex needs to appropriate lines of business.
