Job summary

WesBanco in Columbiana, OH is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will work 100% in office at a WesBanco location. You will be the first point of contact for customers, processing transactions accurately and providing excellent service.

You will identify referral opportunities, maintain cash drawer balance, follow security protocols, and support the Banking Center team with calls and other duties to help meet sales goals.

• Maintains confidentiality of employee information and customer business.
• Contributes in a team environment to service customer needs and support Banking Center.
• Meets established referral goals and determines appropriate line of business for referrals.
• Completes outbound customer calls to support sales and service needs.
• Develops knowledge of WesBanco products and services.
