WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work 100% in office at the West Park Banking Center. The CSR will handle customer transactions, deliver excellent service, and identify referral opportunities while adhering to policies and procedures.

The role requires the ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of WesBanco products and services. Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of cash handling, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Responsabilidades

• Accepts and accurately processes all financial service transactions.
• Maintains cash drawer and balances cash handling procedures.
• Protects confidentiality of employee and customer information.
• Answering inbound calls and supporting banking center operations.
• Develops and maintains knowledge of WesBanco products and services.
