Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, identify sales opportunities, and handle account transactions.

The role focuses on opening deposit accounts, promoting products, and building lasting customer relationships within the Banking Center. Responsibilities include outbound onboarding calls, prospecting new Retail customers, and referring opportunities to internal partners while maintaining strict adherence to policies and security

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong product knowledge and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer.
• Provide excellent customer service and referrals to business partners.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting of new Retail customers.
• Promote bank products and services to customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal partners to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with security and audit procedures.
