Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer following balancing procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Outbound calling for onboarding and prospecting of new Retail customers.
• Build relationships with customers and internal partners to promote products and services.
