• Follow security and audit procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Achieve production and referral goals through client consultations, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Collaborate with branch staff to promote a team environment and reach goals.
• Promote bank products and make appropriate referrals in line with location goals.
