Job summary

Kelly is seeking Call Center Representatives to join a leading consumer financial services organization in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll handle inbound calls, manage customer information, and deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 6+ months of customer service experience, and solid computer skills. Evening and at least one weekend shift are required; banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in the last 7 years.
• Intermediate computer skills: multiple windows, typing while talking, Microsoft Office, online searching.
• Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Preferred: banking/financial services or call center experience.
• Preferred: self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to feedback and change.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls to assist cardholders and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage customer information and resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Authorize sales and ensure accurate information provided to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
• Use multiple software platforms and tools to manage information and complete tasks.
