Job summary

Kelly is seeking Call Center Representatives to join a leading consumer financial services organization in Cincinnati, OH. You’ll handle inbound calls, manage customer information, and deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 6+ months of customer service experience, and solid computer skills. Evening and at least one weekend shift are required; banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service experience in the last 7 years.
• Intermediate computer skills: multiple windows, typing while talking, Microsoft Office, online searching.
• Ability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Preferred: banking/financial services or call center experience.
• Preferred: self-motivated, organized, and adaptable to feedback and change.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.50/hour

Shift: 8 hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM with one day off during the week and weekend day off

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Have 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience within the last 7 years (required).
• Possess intermediate computer skills, including navigating multiple windows, typing while conversing, using Microsoft Office programs, and efficient online searching.
• Can work evening hours and at least one weekend day.
• (Preferred) Have experience in banking, financial services, or call centers.
• (Preferred) Are highly self-motivated, organized, adept at decision-making, and comfortable with feedback and ongoing change.
