Qualifications

• Proficient with internet-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking solutions; recommend based on needs.
• Engage customers and promote use of digital banking capabilities.
• Explain criteria used to decide loan applications at a high level.
• Process and service banking relationships; identify opportunities for additional banking needs.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Reach out to customers to support retention and expansion of relationships.
