Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by understanding needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following policy.
• Own escalated account services issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to appropriate banking partners.
• Complete branch operations (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC activities.
• Adhere to compliance/risk controls and promote the M&T Bank brand.
• Maintain a professional environment and support audit/regulatory follow-up.
