Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience - required.
• 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in financial services - required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies quickly.
• Knowledge of DNA or Fiserv preferred; Teller Cash Recycler (TCR) knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and provides exceptional service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality and complies with policies, security, and regulations.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions; supports team tasks.
