Heritage Bank’s Federal Way branch seeks an experienced bank teller to deliver exceptional customer service and handle routine financial transactions onsite in Federal Way, WA. The role supports branch sales efforts and maintains an accurate cash drawer while complying with banking regulations.

The position is full-time, onsite, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and competitive hourly compensation based on level and experience. Growth opportunities exist within a local community bank.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience required.
• 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in financial services required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• DNA or Fiserv software knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and delivers exceptional service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer within limits.
• Promotes and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Shares in branch administrative duties as required.
