Heritage Bank's Everett Branch is hiring a bank teller to deliver excellent customer service while handling routine transactions and supporting branch sales initiatives. The role is full-time and onsite in Everett, WA, with travel for the travel team to Snohomish/King counties as needed.

Base pay ranges from Level I to II per hour, with opportunities based on qualifications and experience. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance with banking regulations, and teamwork in a climate-controlled

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience required.
• 1-year recent cash handling and customer service experience in a financial services industry required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer skills; learn new technologies quickly.
• DNA or Fiserv knowledge preferred.
• TCR knowledge preferred.
• Education/experience may be substituted for training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer within authority limits.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality in customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with all policies, procedures, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Contributes to team success by assisting in branch administrative duties.
