Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I) required.
• 1 year recent cash handling and customer service experience in a financial services industry (Level II) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and learn new technologies.
• Experience with DNA or Fiserv is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships and provides exceptional customer service to customers.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Assists with branch administrative duties as required.
