Qualifications

• 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: 2-4 years cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Education: High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits and transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Support sales by promoting bank products and services.
• Refer customers to Bankers and other lines of business for further assistance.
• Maintain knowledge of WaterStone Bank products, policies, and regulations.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide an unparalleled banking experience.
• Answer questions and resolve account issues in person or by phone.
