Starting salary is $18.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. You will support sales by promoting offers, referring customers to Bankers, and staying compliant with all regulations.

Qualifications

• 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience required.
• 2–4 years cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Co-op participation and previous cash handling/retail experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Support sales by identifying needs and promoting offers.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and procedures.
• Build customer relationships and provide superior service.
• Answer questions and resolve account issues in person or by phone.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Operate in compliance with policies and regulations.
