WaterStone Bank is seeking a Universal Banker I to assist customers with teller transactions and product recommendations while delivering outstanding service. The role blends platform and teller duties and requires completing Banker Certification within 18 months of hire.

Under supervision, you will identify opportunities to deepen relationships, open and maintain deposits, and refer clients to other lines of business when appropriate.

• Banker Certification within 18 months of hire date.
• High integrity and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and compliantly.
• Offer bank products to customers and prospects via established sales process.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and refer to other lines of business.
• Engage in proactive sales and outbound calls; follow up on referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of WaterStone Bank's core processing system and products.
• Complete Banker Certification process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
