Qualifications

• 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience required
• High School diploma or GED required
• Co-op participation and additional cash handling/retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately with integrity and knowledge
• Support sales by identifying needs and referring customers to Bankers for products
• Maintain knowledge of core processing system and bank policies
• Build customer relationships by delivering an unparalleled banking experience
• Answer questions and resolve account issues in person or by phone
• Keep abreast of industry trends, standards and regulatory requirements
• Recommend changes to policies, procedures and products when appropriate
• Operate in full compliance with internal policies and applicable laws
• Perform other duties as assigned
