Qualifications

• Required – 6 months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred – 2-4 years cash handling and/or customer service experience.
• Required – High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan transactions with accuracy.
• Support sales by identifying customer needs and referring to bank services.
• Maintain knowledge of the bank's core processing system and policies.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering a superior banking experience.
• Answer questions and resolve account issues in person and by phone.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
