Responsibilities

• Engage in lobby management and greet customers.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Escalate and log customer complaints; resolve issues.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Perform AML/KYC related activities and ensure compliance.
• Support risk controls and audit points; promote M&T Bank brand.
• Other related duties as assigned.
