Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling cash and account maintenance, completing AML/KYC activities, and ensuring compliance with bank policies while promoting the M&T brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Experience with data entry and cash handling.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers and address immediate needs through lobby management.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log and escalate customer complaints to resolve issues.
• Transition identified sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Support branch operations including cash ordering, vault, ATM and wire transfers.
• Perform account maintenance accurately and timely.
• Assist AML/KYC related activities as required.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls and uphold the M&T Brand.
