Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain features and benefits of Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on identified needs.
• Engage customers to bank with us and promote digital capabilities.
• Explain high-level loan application criteria to customers.
• Handle servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships and identify opportunities.
• Follow the bank's sales process and provide clear, customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to customers to retain and expand relationships.
• Maintain customer service standards and deliver a differentiated experience.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers to understand needs and solve problems.
• Introduce banking partners when opportunities arise for product solutions.
• Address and log customer complaints; review overdrafts; complete transactions accurately.
• Document interactions and appointments in the bank systems; comply with risk controls.
