TD Bank in Holmes, Pennsylvania is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee day-to-day teller and platform operations, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will lead and coach a team, manage cash handling and vault processes, drive sales and advisory activities, and uphold a safe, welcoming branch environment while meeting branch objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching Oversight of Customer Service.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed Customers’ expectations.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain order in the Store.
• Good working knowledge of Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel.
• Ability to supervise and lead others.
• Ability to provide community services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day team activities to achieve store objectives and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver high-quality customer service and advisory conversations.
• Monitor teller and platform workflows; delegate tasks and manage priorities.
• Drive cash handling, vault management, and compliance with bank policies.
• Engage customers with proactive lead generation for Small Business and Mortgage opportunities.
• Represent the store in customer escalations and ensure a legendary Customer experience.
