Qualificações

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
• Proven supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to manage a store and supervise teller platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day teller and service operations to ensure timely, compliant service.
• Lead a team to achieve Customer, Sales, and operational objectives.
• Coach and develop colleagues; drive a Legendary Customer experience.
• Monitor workflows, delegate tasks, and manage risk and compliance.
• Engage customers with consultative advice and product knowledge.
• Handle escalations and ensure accurate cash handling and procedures.
