Job summary

TD Bank US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a store team in delivering exceptional service, sales growth, and operational excellence. The role focuses on coaching staff, guiding customer interactions, and meeting business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will drive end-to-end advice, manage daily store activities, and foster a data-driven, customer-centric environment to deepen relationships and revenue.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve store objectives and provide legendary customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliant,/advisor-like service delivery.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive advice and referrals.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to meet customer demand and regulatory requirements.
• Provide end-to-end banking advice and product recommendations based on customer needs.
