Job summary

TD Bank US is seeking a Store Manager II to drive growth and profitability by managing a store portfolio of deposits, loans, fees, and expenses. You will lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver an exceptional employee and customer experience while achieving shareholder value through referrals.

You will also originate loan applications, oversee lending conditions, and ensure regulatory compliance, including maintaining NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services industries.
• 4+ years proven business development skills with ability to conceptualize strategies.
• 4+ years proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience required.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis, presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops, leads and contributes to growth and profitability of the Consumer Business through store portfolio management.
• Leads, coaches and motivates the Store team to deliver a legendary Employee and Customer Experience.
• Grow the Store by deepening customer relationships and referrals.
• Originates loan applications, handles Conditions of Lending and conducts loan closings.
• Maintains an active NMLS registration and ensures regulatory compliance.
