Job summary

TD Bank is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Washington, DC to lead a sales and service team, drive daily store objectives, and deliver TD’s personalized customer experience. You will oversee teller and platform operations, coach staff, and ensure compliant, high-quality service while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles, supervisory experience, and solid knowledge of banking products.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales and Operational Management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred
• Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills
• Shows proficiency with expense management
• Notary License (Preferred)
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Oversees day-to-day service, sales and operational activities while ensuring compliance.
• Delivers end-to-end banking advice and product recommendations.
• Manages scheduling to meet customer demand and regulatory requirements.
• Partners with colleagues to drive referrals and business growth.
• Coaches team on advice strategies and product knowledge.
