Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year retail banking experience required.
• Cash-handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Advanced PC, Network, E-Mail, Director, Internet, Word Processing, and Spreadsheet experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
• Thorough understanding of compliance and record keeping requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, cash advances, cashier's checks, and night drop bags.
• Reconcile cash drawer by counting and packaging currency and coins.
• Perform account services to all Dime customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide knowledge of Dime products and services.
• Support branch manager through in-branch sales and campaigns.
• Report under BSA/Currency Transaction Report/SAR requirements.
