Job summary

CSG Talent is recruiting a Senior Water / Wastewater Team Lead for its Baltimore, MD office. The candidate will oversee the Baltimore Water/Wastewater practice, provide technical direction, mentor engineers, and coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery within an established engineering consultancy.

The role emphasizes leadership, project delivery, and client relations, with flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on continued growth and professional development in the Mid-Atlantic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in Maryland.
• Minimum 21 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering design and project management.
• Strong technical background in municipal water and/or wastewater infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience managing engineering teams and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Baltimore Water / Wastewater engineering team. Oversee day-to-day operations, workload planning, and resource allocation.
• Provide senior technical oversight across design, project execution, and quality assurance; serve as Engineer of Record on selected projects.
• Maintain and develop relationships with municipal/public-sector clients; participate in proposals, planning, and client meetings.
