Job summary
GMB, a premier multi-disciplinary engineering firm, seeks two mid-to-senior Wastewater Engineers with 5–7+ years of experience to lead complex wastewater projects across MD, DE, and VA. Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of progressive civil/environmental engineering experience focused on municipal wastewater systems.
- Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Active P.E. license in Maryland or able to reciprocity/certification within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design, permitting, and client management for WWTPs, pumping stations, and collection systems.
- Navigate regulatory approvals with MDE, DNREC, VA DEQ, EPA, and other agencies.
- Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets; mentor EITs and CAD designers; support funding applications.
- Engage municipal clients and present findings at public meetings and reviews.
