Job summary

TYG is partnering with an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to lead its Baltimore water and wastewater team. The role combines senior technical responsibility with day-to-day leadership, overseeing project delivery, mentoring engineers and working with clients.

Candidates should have 20+ years of experience, an active Maryland PE license, and a degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of water/wastewater design and project management experience.
• Active Maryland PE license.
• Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong communication, technical leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary water and wastewater design projects.
• Providing technical oversight, design reviews and quality assurance.
• Coordinating workloads, staffing and project resources.
• Supporting client relationships, proposals and project planning.
• Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
