Job summary

TYG is partnering with an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy to lead its Baltimore water and wastewater team. The role combines senior technical responsibility with day-to-day leadership, overseeing project delivery, mentoring engineers and working with clients.

Candidates should have 20+ years of experience, an active Maryland PE license, and a degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, with strong communication and leadership skills.

TYG is partnering with an established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy seeking an experienced leader to guide its Baltimore water/wastewater team.

This role combines senior technical responsibility with day-to-day team leadership. You’ll oversee project delivery, mentor engineers and work closely with clients while helping shape the team’s continued development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multidisciplinary water and wastewater design projects
• Providing technical oversight, design reviews and quality assurance
• Coordinating workloads, staffing and project resources
• Supporting client relationships, proposals and project planning
• Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers

What we’re looking for:

• 20+ years of water/wastewater engineering design and project management experience
• An active Maryland PE license
• A degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Strong communication, technical leadership and team management skills
