Job summary

GAI Consultants, Inc. seeks a senior engineer to lead municipal water and wastewater projects in the Pennsylvania/Mid-Atlantic region. You will guide design, manage multidisciplinary teams, and directly engage clients from concept to construction.

The role emphasizes mentoring, business development, and delivery excellence in a hybrid work environment with strong leadership access and relocation/sign-on support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• P.E. license and a valid driver's license.
• Eight or more years of relevant water/wastewater municipal infrastructure experience.
• Experience with water and sewer system design, permitting, and bid document prep.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through construction for water and wastewater systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and deliver on schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Support proposals, CIP development, and client growth strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
