Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Pharmacy Sales Consultant to drive growth in community pharmacies across Maryland and parts of West Virginia. This field-based role requires extensive travel (8–12 nights a month) and a strong consultative selling approach to position McKesson as a trusted partner.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of B2B sales experience, 2+ years in medical/pharmacy settings, and proficiency with Salesforce. Remote/Home Office work is supported within the Baltimore metro area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with track record of achieving targets.
• 2+ years of Medical and/or Pharmacy experience.
• 4+ years of B2B field sales experience.
• Experience in retail/distribution, healthcare delivery, pharmacy, or insurance helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual budget objectives for the assigned sales territory.
• Build and execute a comprehensive business plan to optimize territory performance.
• Lead consultative sales process from qualification to contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce CRM and provide real-time forecasts.
