McKesson seeks a Pharmacy Sales Consultant to drive our portfolio in community pharmacies within an assigned territory. This field-based role requires leading the sales process from qualification to contract and extensive travel, with responsibilities to build strategies for each account.

The territory includes Maryland and parts of West Virginia; the ideal candidate will be located in the Baltimore metro area. A 4+ year sales background in B2B and pharmacy knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• 2+ years Medical and/or Pharmacy experience.
• 4+ years B2B field sales experience.

Responsabilités

• Achieve annual budget objectives for assigned sales territory.
• Build a comprehensive business plan to optimize territory performance.
• Lead the execution of a consultative sales process from qualification to contract negotiations.
• Build a robust opportunity funnel by organic and coordinated efforts.
• Provide customers with financial analysis, managed care information, and insights to grow business.
• Maintain detailed data in Salesforce.com CRM and support cross-functional collaboration.
