The Atlantic District in Baltimore, MD is seeking a motivated Multi-line Insurance Agent to lead a Farmers insurance agency, focusing on growth, operations, and exceptional client service for families and businesses throughout Maryland.

Ideal candidates have at least three years managing an insurance book, strong communication, and a consultative sales approach. The role offers base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities, with a Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Maryland Property & Casualty and Life & Health producer licenses.
• Three+ years of experience managing a diverse book of insurance business.
• Strong command of agency management software and digital documentation systems.
• Clear and articulate communication style for explaining complex policy details.
• Proactive problem-solving and client advocacy.
• Experience in consultative sales or client-facing advisory role is valued.
