Qualifications
- Active Maryland P&C and Life/Health licenses.
- Minimum of two years' personal lines insurance sales experience.
- Experience with consultative sales rather than transactional selling.
- Ability to commute daily to Charlotte Hall, MD.
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to evaluate coverage gaps and provide risk management solutions.
- Manage a diverse book of auto, home, life, and commercial insurance lines.
- Proactively grow footprint in Southern Maryland through community outreach.
- Draft and present customized proposals reflecting clients' life stages and assets.
- Process endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with office team to streamline workflows and improve client satisfaction.
