Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Three or more years of direct insurance sales or account management experience.
• Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline and meeting production goals.
• Strong comfort with public speaking and local networking events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management software.
• Excellent organizational habits for tracking leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily sales outreach by identifying new prospective clients in Waldorf.
• Conduct thorough insurance reviews to ensure clients have the right protection.
• Represent The Atlantic District at community gatherings and local business networking meetings.
• Mentor junior agents by sharing effective sales techniques and retention strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from first contact through policy issuance.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions in the database.
