Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Baltimore, MD. You will be the first line of response on-site at customer locations, diagnose ATM issues from logs, perform basic repairs, and communicate updates via the service app.

You’ll work a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends, with travel to various sites. We provide hands-on training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth in a global ATM solutions leader.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• U.S. work authorization required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform field work outdoors.
• Strong problem-solving and manual skills with basic electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with Android smartphones is useful.
• Associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures when working on ATMs.
• Diagnose issues from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs, indoors and outdoors.
• Report hours and miles daily with accuracy.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Provide clear on-site communication and documentation.
