NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to service ATMs in St. Louis, MO. You will be the first on-site responder, diagnosing issues from logs and using a service app, while maintaining clear communication with customers.

We train you in NCR Atleos procedures, safety protocols, and product-specific certifications. The role requires travel, physical work, and reliable transportation, with competitive hourly pay and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to operate an Android device.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Report updates and details of work performed at the ATM.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Accurately report hours worked and miles driven daily.
