NCR Atleos is hiring a Field Service Technician I for Philadelphia, PA. You’ll be the first line of on-site support at customer locations, diagnosing issues from ATM logs and the service app, and performing basic maintenance in varied environments.

The role emphasizes safety, clear communication, and timely reporting of work hours, miles, and details. Training provided; flexibility for nights and weekends is required to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have valid driver’s license and maintain a suitable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security procedures on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose ATM problems from logs and service app.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs indoors and outdoors.
