Job summary

NCR Atleos, a global leader in ATM solutions, is hiring a Field Service Technician I in Tampa, FL. You will be the first line of support on-site at customers’ locations, diagnosing basic module issues (FRU) and performing in-field maintenance while coordinating with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Training is provided, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and clear communication through our service app. The role offers growth, diverse sites, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must reside in specified geographic area.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain driving record.
• Access to reliable transportation for work purposes.
• Familiarity with Android devices and service apps.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs) and work outside in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures when working on ATMs.
• Complete NCR Atleos trainings and certifications.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and service app data.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates and hours worked accurately.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Report hours worked and miles driven daily.
