Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Field Service Technician I to install, diagnose, and repair ATMs at customer sites in Baltimore, MD. You will follow safety procedures, use our service app, and report work details with accuracy.

You will receive on-the-job training, with opportunities for advancement within a global payments technology leader. A valid driver’s license and flexibility to work in various outdoor environments are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiar with using an Android phone and service app.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Security Procedures when working on ATMs.
• Diagnose problems from ATM error logs and the service app.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on ATMs indoors and outdoors.
• Report updates, hours worked, and miles driven daily.
• Maintain parts inventory and related records.
• Represent NCR Atleos on-site to customers and communicate clearly via the service app.
