Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Baler Technician for the 12‑hour night shift (7pm–7am). You will operate recycling equipment, load and weigh bales, perform routine maintenance, and assist with shipment documentation.

No prior baler experience is required as Sheridan offers hands‑on training through Sheridan Academy. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Operate recycling equipment that shreds, compresses, and bales paper by‑products.
• Thread and secure tie bands around completed bales.
• Move finished bales to storage using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hoists.
• Weigh bales and maintain records of weights and grades.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and equipment checklists.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance on baling equipment.
• Clear obstructions from cyclone system as needed.
• Assist with loading bales for shipment and complete shipping docs.
• Photograph containers and seals for shipment verification when required.
