Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring a Baler Technician for a 12-hour night shift (7pm-7am) to operate recycling equipment, bale paper by-products, and help keep production moving. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on training with opportunities to grow within a stable manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and a mechanical aptitude. Forklift experience is a plus; training is provided through Sheridan Academy.

Responsabilidades

• Operate recycling equipment that shreds, compresses, and bales paper by-products.
• Thread and secure tie bands around completed bales.
• Remove finished bales and transport them to storage using pallet jacks, hoists, or forklifts.
• Weigh bales and maintain records of weights and material grades.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and complete equipment checklists.
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance on baling equipment.
• Clear paper obstructions from the cyclone system when needed.
• Assist with loading bales for shipment and complete shipping documentation as needed.
• Photograph containers and seals for shipment verification when required.
• Follow safe work practices while working with a supportive team.
