You will join a supportive manufacturing team focused on reliable operations, recordkeeping, and efficient material handling in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; able to read and follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills; able to record weights and production information accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude; enjoys working with equipment and machines.
• Safety‑conscious, dependable, and able to work well in a team.

Aufgaben

• Operate recycling equipment to shred, compress, and bale paper by‑products.
• Thread and secure tie bands around completed bales.
• Move finished bales to storage using pallet jacks, hoists, or forklifts.
• Weigh bales and log weights and material grades.
• Perform forklift inspections and daily equipment checklists.
• Conduct routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance on baling equipment.
• Clear paper obstructions from the cyclone system as needed.
• Assist with loading bales for shipment and document shipping receipts.
